Using Layup
Layup arranges your photographs into collages. You may use it for personal or commercial work. You need an account only to publish or to follow other people; making collages needs none.
Your photographs stay yours
You keep every right you had in the photographs you bring and in the collages you make from them. Publishing a collage grants us only the permission needed to store it and show it — at its link, in the app's feed and to anyone you share it with. That permission ends when you delete the collage.
What you must not publish
Content you have no right to use, content that sexualises minors, and content that exists to harass an identifiable person. We may remove a published collage that does these things, and may close an account that repeatedly does.
Objectionable content and abusive behaviour: no tolerance
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Every account can be reported from inside the app, from its profile — which is also how a collage is reported, through the account that published it — and every report is read by a person. We act on reports within 24 hours: a collage that breaks the rule above is removed, and the account that published it may be closed.
You can also block any account from its profile, immediately and without telling us why. Blocking hides that account's work from you and yours from them, and removes any follow between you in both directions. Blocked accounts are listed in Settings, where a block can be lifted.

Availability
Layup is provided as it is. Collage-making runs on your phone and does not depend on us being reachable, but publishing, the feed and shared links do, and those may be interrupted. Keep your own copies of anything you care about.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, the change will be announced in the app before it takes effect.
