Reporting a collage or an account

To report a collage or an account, open the profile of the account — for a collage, the one that published it — use the menu, and choose Report. Every report is read by a person, and we act within 24 hours — a collage that breaks our terms is removed and the account may be closed.

If you would rather not wait, you can block the account from its profile. That takes effect immediately: their work disappears from your feed and search, yours disappears from theirs, and any follow between you is removed in both directions. Blocked accounts are listed in Settings, where a block can be lifted.

Something is broken

Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead. If the app closed unexpectedly, mention roughly when — crash reports are anonymous, and the timing is what lets us find yours.

Your account and your data

You can delete your account from Settings, which removes your profile, your published collages and your follow graph. The collages saved on your phone are yours and stay there. What we store and why is set out in the privacy policy.
